1. Foscagno Pass
– Open: Open all year round.
– Route: From Bormio, follow the SS301 through the Foscagno Pass, then continue to Livigno via the Eira Pass.
– Note: There are no fuel stations along the road from Bormio to Livigno (30 km).
– Note: The road from Bormio to Livigno features significant altitude changes and, in the coldest months, is often subject to snow and/or ice. From November 15 to April 30, cars not equipped with winter tires and snow chains cannot travel this road.
2. Munt La Schera Tunnel
– Open: Open all year round.
– Closure: No seasonal closure, but it may be temporarily closed for maintenance.
– Route: From Switzerland, cross the Munt La Schera Tunnel (toll) that connects to Livigno.
3. Forcola Pass
– Open: Generally open from June to the end of October, depending on weather conditions.
– Closure: Usually closed from November to May.
– Route: From Tirano, follow the road to Poschiavo in Switzerland, then cross the Forcola Pass to reach Livigno.
Yes, our facility offers free parking for our guests. You can use the parking for free during your entire stay.
To enter and exit the municipality of Livigno, you must pass through customs and follow the instructions of the Guardia di Finanza officers.
1. From Milan to Tirano
– Take a train from Milano Centrale to Tirano (about 2.5 hours of travel).
2. From Tirano to Livigno
– By Bus: From Tirano, take a direct bus to Livigno (bus service is available with various companies).
– By Taxi: From Tirano, you can also take a taxi to reach Livigno.
3. From Switzerland
– By Train to St. Moritz: You can reach St. Moritz by train and then continue by bus to Livigno.
– By Train to Zernez: You can take a train to Zernez and then continue by bus to Livigno.

Yes. The facility offers guests the opportunity to use the sauna and the emotional shower with chromotherapy for free. The sauna can accommodate up to 7 people and is exclusively and freely available to each apartment. Advance booking is necessary to ensure availability and privacy during use.
Our facility has a fully equipped ski room where guests can store and prepare their ski equipment. For those who want extra service, we offer the assistance of an expert Ski Man who, for a fee, will take care of preparing and maintaining the skis, ensuring equipment is always in perfect condition for an optimal skiing experience.
To provide a comfortable environment for all our guests, please note that our rooms are strictly “Non-Smoking.” We have adopted this policy to preserve the quality of the furnishings and the air, ensuring the well-being of all our guests.
